Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Oklahoma

I rented a home from a listing on craigslist, in the listing it stated there was an alarm in the home. I move in and the keypad to the alarm is missing and the landlord is beating around the bush on installing the keypad. Can I terminate the lease due to false advisement?

Did you sign a contract? If so, look at the contract. Contract will determine the terms of your lease.

There should be a claus about repair.
