Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Oregon

How do I file an answer to a summons

I recieved a summons a few weeks ago that told me I have 30 days to file a motion or an answer. I went to the washington county court house to file the answer but they didn't have the answer forms. The oregon state bar referenced me to a web site that I can't find the answer form that they say is there...So here I am with hopefully a week left to file my answer but dont know what to do....I am unemployed so no money for an attorney :( Can any one help me or give me some advice.

Is this small claims? Multnomah County Courthouse has a small claims assistance center I think. Also try to work it out directly with the plaintiff if you can rather than through the court process.

I think there are also forms on the 2nd floor of the Multnomah County Courthouse near the cashiers, I don't know about Washington County.
