Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Oregon

Domestic partner bankruptcy

My domestic partner filed for bankruptcy. We have a vacation home with legal half interest for each of us, although I have made 85% of the investment. Equity is about $20,000. Will the bankruptcy court take the vacation home, put a lien on it, or other action? Is there anything I can do?
