Multi State Non Disclosure Agreement

I was about to download a Non Disclosure Agreement form from findlegalforms but there packages are state specific and don't seem to have anything for Multi state purposes. WE are corporated in OR but have branches in CA & WA; can I obtain a legally effective Non Disclosure/confidentiallity agreement that will be valid in all 3 states?

You will not find what you need from a website. Each state is likely to have differing statutory requirements for Non-disclosure agreements.

This is not an area where do-it-yourself is a good idea. If you need a valid non-disclosure/confidentiality agreement, you should consult with an attorney, who can properly advise you on the requirements for each state and draft an agreement that will work for your specific situation.
