Legal Question in Business Law in Oregon
If I have Products on Consignment , and work on commisson can the Mfg demand that I sell the Product for a certain retail price ? I think I can make more than the retail price marked.

Yes. If your contract with the manufacturer states that you shall sell the product for a certain retail price, then you are contractually obligated to do so.
