Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Oregon

How to split judgement?

I, along with 3 other people, am the winner of a judgement in Oregon worth over $600,000. However, I want to pursue collection separately from the other people.

1. How can I split the judgement if the other parties agree?

2. How can I split the judgement if the other parties disagree and refuse to do it?

Thanks

Re: How to split judgement?

If the judgment's in your name, you can pursue collection. If it's in the name of some entity, there's always the possibility of dissolution, partition or other remedy. Your question is too vague to give a meaningful response, however.
