Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Oregon

I am pregnant and believe i am being discriminated against in the workplace but my workplace has only about ten employees and i don't know if i have any pregnancy discrimination protection in oregon with that amount of employees. What would i be protected under?

Under Oregon law protecting against pregnancy discrimination, an employer is covered when it employs one or more employees. To be covered by federal law, an employer would have to have 15 or more employees.
