Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

I want to file an uncontested divorce or Summary dissolution in Oregon, whichever is fastest. We meet all requirements for this. We have no children, no income, no property, no debt, and married less than one year. I am an Oregon resident and U.s. citizen but my wife is Philippine citizen and she has never been here. We were married in Philippines last May. We agree on all terms and we are not seeking anything from each other... we just want to move on with our lives ASAP. How long will this process take and what is the best way to do this? Thank you, Matthew

File a Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, doing as co-petitioners, seeking Summary Dissolution.
