laws about sleeping

I just want to know if there is a law against sleeping in the same bed as your child.

At least in Oregon there is no laws specific to sleepng in the same bed as your child. Juvenile dependency laws allow the State to intervene whenever there is a condition or circumstances that endangers the welfare of the child. Sleeping is the same bed by itself is not a condition and circumstance endanger the welfare of the child. If there are other factors such as sexual abuse or mental health issues then the State may be able to intervene.
