Mistresses

I was wondering I have 2 small children and one on the way and I'm seperated is it possible to sue the female that ruined my family when she new about my kids and that we were married?

No but you could see a lawyer to make sure your children are at least receiving Oregon Uniform Guidelines child support by suing for legal separation which you can later amend to divorce or dismiss if you so choose. Depending upon the length of your marriage and your circumstances, the court may also award spousal support (alimony). If the **** is sharing their current expenses, the court might also take into consideration her contribution to their mutual expenses which could also raise the ante. You could also file for legal separation so he doesn't squander marital assets and to force him to pay life and health insurance so the children are covered if something happens to him.
