Parenting time

If my ex husband has the kids for a week during the summer and he takes them to a sitter while he works, but I dont have to work that same week can I require him to let me have the kids while he is at work, instead of taking them to the sitter....I am the custodial parent.

QUESTION:

ANSWER:

No, at least not without either (1) his consent or (2) a court order that directs and requires that he allow you to have the children with you during those days of his summer visitation when he happens to be working.
