Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oregon

I bailed someone out of jail for 250.00 and they never paid me back, i want to sue them but they arent working. Can i still get my money if they are ordered to pay?

You would have to sue in small claims court. Then you would need to fill out lots of forms in order to seize any property that the person owes. It is most likely not worth the $250.
