Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oregon

I have a case in the Oregon Small Claims Court... The defendent has been served with court papers, it says they have 14 days to reply to this notice. Are those 14 days normal work days or are they calendar days?

Calendar days.

The "days" are calendar days, but if the last date to do an act (like file an answer) occurs on a holiday, then they have until the end of the next business day to take action.
