I sued a lady through small claims court, and they said I had to get the lady's financial info, so I can garnish her wages. How do I get that information leagally?

You can require that she appear for a judgment debtor's exam. During the exam, you can ask about employment and about bank accounts or other assets. You can also hire a private investigator to research her financial situation.
