I would like to know if i can be forced to move out of present home. if a child is in house.we need more time child is highly autistic

Maybe. Are you being evicted? Having an autistic child is not a defense to most eviction matters. If there's a court proceeding against you or your family, you really need to talk with your own attorney in private about the details. If you can't be evicted, there's a good chance that your attorney will be paid for by your landlord. If you're not right, it's best to know as soon as possible so that you have time to prepare.
