My husband and I recently bought a house with my mother. We would like to add her to the title as a co-owner. What forms do we need to fill out?

You will need to file a deed in the county where the house is located. What kind of deed will depend on the circumstances. The deed will simply say that you and your husband, if you are the true owners of the property, deed the property to you, your husband and your mother. You will have to determine what interest you will each have in the property (i.e., tenants in common, joint tenants, etc.) More information will be required to determine which type of deed is appropriate for your circumstance.
