Re: Uninsured motorist

You may face a citation for failure to maintain liability insurance, usually a small fine, but otherwise you should not have any problems. The one who failed to maintain the proper distance and struck you from behind is responsible for the damages resulting from the collision. Consult a personal injury attorney in your town.
