Re: Executor fees in Oregon

Oregon has a specific statute identifiying the fees for a personal representative (executor) of an estate.

The PR gets 7% of the first $1000 in probate assets. That percentage then goes down to 2% for all probate assets over $50,000. There are several steps in between. The PR is also entitled to 1% of all the non-probate assets.
