Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Oregon

step mother will not provide copy of alledged will

my father died feb 15th. Stepmother says there is a will. As of this date has not provided a copy! She is selling off all the assets. My father has three children from previous marriage (including myself). Her children (not his) are taking the assets also. Do I have a right to see the will and how do I stop her from selling off the assets?

I am very certian there is not a legal will and I am afraid time is running out to do something.

Thank You.
