Legal Question in Administrative Law in Pakistan

Recently our Manager (a private financial organization) has been replaced and new boss took over the charge. He is in habit of conducting long duration staff meetings (1 to 4 hours) on daily basis which affects our performance as little time left to complete official assignments. Moreover, due to this all staff members of our controlling office have to sit late upto 9 to 10 PM on daily basis costing additional money to the organization in running office (increased electricity bill etc). During long duration meetings, customers/officials of subordinate offices can not contact us which is deteriorating office efficiency. Is it legal to conduct such a long duration meetings every day causing staff to sit late and what action can be taken in this regard by employees/subordinates?

All the staff shall jointly make an application to the CEO, MD, President or whatever name he is called stating all the above facts and if possible the greivances of customer can also be brought on record if they are willing to give this in writing. Rising expenses, deterioritng efficiency and mental and physical stress of human resources had never been seen positively by professional management.
