Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
As per SBP directives funds upto Rs.100,000/- lying in deceased bank account can be released to legal heirs of deceased against production of Bond of Indemnity. In such cases legal heirs nominate any one heir to receive funds of deceased and for that they have to issue NOC in favour of that particular legal heir. Can you please provide me format of NOC?
