Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan

I am 30 year old lady my husband had died.i have two minor children.8 year girl and 6 year boy.my dewar (husband brother) is also died.my dewar hve 1 child.it is mention that my husband had one brother one is my husband and other is my dewar.my father in law (susar) is very rich man and have estimately 2 two crore propery.my father in law and other family member of susral pressurize to marry with my husband brother(dewar) but i am not mentally prepare.I will to live with my children own life and i want my husband share in my father in law property.what remedy availble in law.?

you and your children are the legal heir and inherits from the property left by your deceased husband, only a legal recourse is to be adopted in order to obtain that.if you require detail discussion on the matter then pls call me on my cell no during office hours 0323-4638149.

No one can compel u to marry again. you and your children are entitled to receive the property left by your husband and also share of your husband after the death of your father in law.

Right now you can also claim maintenance for your children from your father in law in Family Court.
