Legal Question in Construction Law in Pakistan

if our neighbour make a shade of bricks front our window of 2nd floor,that shade is cause of interfarence in our house,although,the main gate of our neighbour is in next street,on the back side which is front of our house he is making shade.what law says about it he can make or not,if not then what remedy is available.
