Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

In last month I moved an application in Session court for registration of Criminal case against my wife as she developed/prepared a fake document and enter fake sign on my name and also issued a Stamp Paper on my name by presenting my ID Card and she also made fake sign (by my name) on Stamp Paper. And she presented this document in the Session Court when she enter a bogus Habious 491- Case against me. This document turned the case situation in future. Any How on my application Session Court Judge ordered for investigation and registration of FIR against my wife according to Law.The concern police officer investigated the matter and listen both parties in the Police Station and write a written statement. This report as he told me submitted in DSP Legal Office. In response DSP legal given short ordered that concern police officer again gather and listen both parties. On this month 06th July he told me that the SHO of concern Police Station ordered him to submit this report in SP Legal office.SP Legal reader asked police officer to attach Covering letter from DSP Legal. To date he has not submitted the report to the SP Legal office (I have also given sufficient amount to the Police Officer for proceeding fast)

My perception ABOUT POLICE OFFICER is that he has developed link with my my opponent party (wife). And using delaying tactic what should I do ?

With Thanks

the you have two quickest way in your given situation

1- Just file an application under section 22-A before the court of seesion against DPO.DSP.SP legal and SHO. Remeber you got an opportunity, write down ur version which u get recorded before SHO, if you have solid one. otherwise i do not suggest u to do that. for more detail contact 0333-5492377 or at [email protected]

2--file an application to RPO or CCPO whatever is possible for you against the said official.
