Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

AOA Hi,

Please advice me that my husband is threatening me that if i will not appear in court for his case of Conjugal rights, he will advertise it in news paper. I refuse to receive the notice just once.

Will he be able to do that?

What if I file the case of Khula after 2-3 months after his case?

He has filed the case in rwp court and my temporary address is his house (rwp) in ID card and my permenant address is in islamabad, so where will my case of Khula be filed?

My husband took all the jewlery he gave me on wedding, it is not my right to claim? (It is not written in nikkah nama)

My husband is not giving my ID card and Passport will I make a separate case for this?

With child's custody will I be unable to travel abroad like for settlement or education?

Thanks alot,

waiting for your guidance

don't worry its a normal procedure courts.

did ever u seen such advertise in newspaper.?

small notices in the inner side of newspaper published in the newspaper and no one bother.

In my opinion u must appear before Court and there u can seek Khula in reply of Conjugal tight suit and there is no need for separate suit. It is more easy way to got Khula.

Now a days a women can file such suit from any where by showing her temporary address.

U can file a separate combine suit for dowry articles, Gold ornament and gifts , passport and ID card etc.

no u can travel to abroad for the welfare of child with the permission of court,
