Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Ny wife is claiming she has performed khulla with me.and she has done nikkah with someone else and slept with him.as far as i am concerned i have done all the necessary for my wife but due to mentality problem she still doesnt understand me.kindly advice what to be done she is doing wrong and doesnt even listen to what her parents say.what is khula???what does it actually mean.

How she got Khulla?

Khula is right of women to ask his husband for Divorce in lieu of Dower amount.

Now a days wife can seek khula from a Family Court. Family courts normally decreed the suit and wife has to return the dower amount to husband and after 90 days of iddat period Tlaq certificate is issued from concern Union Council.

This is the right way of Khula.

without this procedure if a women performed marriage to other person then she ll be punish under Muslim Family Law and Pakistan penal code.

plz Explain me how she got Khula ?

from here I strictly advice you that if she is saying that she has slept with other person get this thing in writing, obtain signature of her and and two witnesses. if dower amount is not heavy or any restriction on Talaq, divorce her.
