Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

I am a Pakistani citizen living in France for educational purposes. My wife has filed a case for Khula on the grounds that i did not send her money for maintenance and that since 2006 i never visited to see my family (wife and son) which is absolutely wrong. Infact i have visited 4 times and i have pictures and video proofs with me and also have been continuously sending money through friends, colleagues and in person. I have received notice very late due to change in address and it seems that court is going to pass a decree ex party.

Is it possible that i request court to give me a chance to complete my studies and come back to Pakistan? What if i do not want a dissolution of marriage and ready to live with them.?

Who has the right of custody on my son as i follows the Shia Jurisprudence. It is also noted that this khula would be my wife's second khula and she already hold the custody of another male child from her first husband.

you can contest the case if you take some immediate steps , rest of your questions are of no use, because if you hire legal help only that way rights are enforced. you can call me during 1 PM to 6 PM to discuss this.
