My wife got khullah and is having the possessionof my 4 ear old child.she is getting married in next 2 months.Kindly suggestme what are the chances of having possession of child if i file the case.shd i wait fr 7 years or file the case

u must immediately file a petition for custody, as it ll take atleast one year to be decided.and meeting with minor on regular basis is also necessary.
2nd marriage can be a good ground. but the guardian court always consider the welfare of minor and injunction of islam.
File a writ of habeas corpus in the session court. Even if its dismissed that will help you in getting the child after he is seven years old. Sleeping now will make you ineligible even after seven years. For more do consult me at [email protected]
