Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pakistan
salam, can a plaintiff produce documentary evidence in civil summary suit under order 37 rule 2, cpc during court trail, when he has not submitted the same earlier while filing the summary suit and even not produced during criminal case under section 489-f ppc, what will be status of that evidence and what will be court action and under which rule the same evidence cannot be produced... please guide.
