Legal Question in Immigration Law in Pakistan

Hi Respected Sir/Madam ,i need to ask one Question ,My father's real brother ,who has blood relation with him ,He has been living in New Jersy since 1992 and has 4 kids ,studying in Schools ,he is an engineer and earns more then 8000 us dollers per month ,he also owns a house in new jersy ,Now can he sponser my father ,who lives in Pakistan ?and if he wants to sponser my dad for permanent visa of U.S.A ,how much he should be strong to invite my father to U.S.A on permanant visa.
and My father is 53 years old.

this is already a strong case, but as you have not mentioned the status of your uncle, is he a citizen or GCH.
