there are two different modes for the distributions of shares, . one deals with the moveable while the other to immoveable. which one you are asking about?

further more law separately deals with urban land and rural land. which one u r asking.

ahead to that, your moveable property , is it under the care or custody of any governmental authority/ financial institution etc. or in open hands.

elaborate your case ..

If there is no dispute, then there is no legal requirements. All property ll be divided according to share of each legal heirs as mention in Muslim Family Law.

if a property is un dividable then family must file a administrative or partition suit in civil court. if property is under any governments scheme such as LDA, TEPA, or DHA etc then Coourt orders ll necessary.

only death certificate of deceased, id cards of legal heirs and detail of property id required.
