Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My ex kicked me out of his house after he found out I was preg. He remained detached and when I filed for support he contested paternity. Once found to be the father he came to my house and threatened o file for 50/50 custody if I don't agree to a very small amount of support because he can't afford to pay what the courts will make him pay. When I asked what he would do with her while he works he said he will put her in daycare. I am a nursing mother and my daughter is only 3 months old! Can he just take her and put her in daycare so he doesn't have to pay support? Please help me!

Don't be intimidated. It is extremely unlikely a judge will separate a nursing child from the mother. See if the court offers referrals to attorneys at reduced fees or just tell the court what you wrote and what he said, they have heard it all before. Good luck.
