i was wondering if i had a case i picked my sister up from air port and was taking her to warren pa along the way i slid on ice and smashed the driver side of my truck she agreed to help on getting the vehicle fixed and now i have 2000.00 dollars worth of damage and of course no full coverage i would have never been going to warren if not for her is she responcible for any of the damage?

A driver is responsible for the safe operation of his or her own vehicle.

You are responsible for the damage to your vehicle and anything your sister offers to help should be seen as kindness.
