Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Pennsylvania

I recieved a speeding ticket that I do not agree with out of state. The officer demanded I give my social security #. I called 2 times to find out how much my ticket was, I was told I have to call back in a week and second time told me in a month. I need to know what I should do as I can not afford to go back and forth again. What should I do? How can I find out what I owe?

You need to re-post this question under the state where you got the ticket, since the laws of that state dictate what you must do and how you must do it. And you should post it under traffic law. You posted this question under appeals and writs, which is the wrong category.

Good luck.
