can i file bankruptcy on just 2 credit cards if i have more than 2

Reaffirming the debt on one credit card so you have one for convenience purposes is fine. You may not, however, pick and choose among your various unsecured creditors beyond that.
If you live in the 5-county Philadelphia area or Lancaster, Berks, or Lehigh counties, you would file for bankruptcy in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Philadelphia, where I practice. Please feel free to contact me if you are interested in retaining me.
