fall at my place of work

I slipped and fell at a restaurant ending up with a fractured elbow and sprained wrist.this is where I work and they do not have workman's comp insurance. what should I do?

You should speak with an attorney. Usually Workman's compensation would preclude suit against your employer. However the failure to have such coverage may allow you to file a suit against the employer. Slip and fall cases are very fact sensitive.
