You first have to check with the Pa. Dept. of State Corporation Bureau as to whether or not that name is available. To add "of Pitsburgh", you should really file with the Department to change the name of your corp. Forms and the fee for doing this can be found on the Department's web site. Alternatively, assuming that the name is available, you can use the name as a fictitious name for the corp, but you would have to register the fictitious name in allegheny county.
