civil action suite

a friend had lent me a 1000.00 she told me tha she did not care when I paid her back. I was very sick when she lent the money. the loan was on june of 2006 I told her all I could give her is 25.00 dallors a month until I get caught up she said this is not resonable she wants a 100.00 dallors a month now she is taken me to court they was no written agreement on when I should pay her or how much what can I look forward to in court.

you definitely have a contract if you agree the 1,000 was a loan. the judge will simply order that you pay her the money you owe. the question will only be about a reasonable payment plan. you should prepare a budget to submit to the judge so the judge can put you on a fair payment. you can tell the judge that you can't afford more than X amount a month. you should stress to the judge that you absolutely want to pay this money back.
