Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania

discrimination

My 6 month probation was up for my membership to the local fire association. I have not done any wrong doing and have not embarrassed myself or my family. However I was not voted in as a member. I do not have any criminal record. However, it was stated that they didn't want me to have voting rights. I am a female also this is the second time I was discriminated by this organization. The first was at an auxilary meeting which I do belong, a member stated that she wasn't serving any mickey a........ fish dinner. I'm catholic. This was in the lentent season.
