Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania
im owed 3000 from a mobile home company
i was wondering if u had any info in state statutes on deposite money i gave to the company... i dont know where to start..once i have the statute name and site i can read the law on it like how long untill i can take legal action before they give me my money etc.. they owe me $3,000. and i still havent gotten it for 3 mnths now theyre only under 100 miles away.

If they took your money but did not do what they were supposed to, you can take action now to get the money back. It depends on what you signed or what the agreement was between you and the other people.
