Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Pennsylvania

Can this cartoon be considered libel?

I made a cartoon of a situation I was in as an an unpaid assistant. When I was ''taken off my accountability'' I drew a cartoon and sent it to about 12 other unpaid assistats and the person targeted. I was told by the entity targeted that it could be considered libel.

I'd be glad to email the cartoon for someone to see.

Re: Can this cartoon be considered libel?

Feel free to email me the cartoon, but generally speaking, I would think that most cartoons clearly fall into the parody exception to libel.
