Legal Question in Construction Law in Pennsylvania

we paid in full/ contractor walks out on 2 contracts

we contractected for 2 additions on 2 houses with the same contrater.He walked out,saying he had no more of the money left to finish or fix hugh mistakes he made and is going to file bankruptcy and ''we can just eat it''we paid him in full (i know stupid) we thought we could trust him.He poured our cement foundation for our pourch too high and it all drains to the house in the door,also the bedroom is 1 and1/2 to 2 inches higher than the rest of the room ,when we asked him to fix it he said we were nit picking. we have exausted our financial resorces with all his add ons and we dont know if we can sue someone who is fileing bankruptcy?If he did already or is in the process...we dont know we have caught him in so many lies lately.also he up and got married out of the blue last week...does that help him in bankruptsy...also he has the heading of ''and son'' on his card..but his son works fixing cars.who do we sue just the man? his compamy? will this sue his son too?? im so confused i cant believe he did this we have been sleeping in our den for over 6 months and our renter is still waiting for things to be finished or fixed at her house for over a year.please plaese plaese someone help!

His "company" probably doesn't exist as a separate corporate entity. Thus, it is probably just him.

But, to answer the question, you sue everybody in sight, but if he's in bankruptcy, well, good luck.
