Used Car Lemon

Do I have any recourse for a used vehicle purchased that has been in the shop more than I have driven it?

Re: Used Car Lemon

You sure do. It's called the Lemon Law. We handle cases like these. Without re-stating the law, the general rule is that if it's been in the shop for the same thing three times or more without being fixed, you are entitled to money damages. We handle these cases on a contingent fee basis. Feel free to call our offices to discuss, or e-mail me directly at [email protected].

We just need some information from you and we can start your claim against the dealer as early as this week.
