Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania
Does a company have the right to take money out of my account with out my permission 43 days later. I bought some products from Cabelas on the 25th of Jan. they took the payment out for it on the 28th of Jan. I got into my account today 7th of March and my debit card and found out that they without my permission took additional money out.

Not unless you signed an Agreement to permit this. Have you spoken to Cabelas. What do they say? It could be that your a victimof identity theft. Also speak to the bank. they definitely can not do this unless you agreed to it. .
