Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

I have 2 garnishments being taken out of my paycheck currently. I am under the 150% of poverty level line, Was not Given a 30 Day notice before the second garnishment was implemented (have paperwork showing the letter was received on 7/12/2012 and started pulling on 7/16), I am having a hard time surviving with this being taken out. Is there any way i can legally get this deferred or anything?

Why are you being garnshed and for what? There is no wage garnishment in PA for things like ordinary unsecured debt. There is for child support or student loan debt.

Since it is not clear why you are being garnished or for what, I suggest that you speak to a PA attorney in your area about this.
