Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

A Civil Complaint has been placed against me by a credit card company that I have not been able to make any payments to for about 9 mos. ( had joined a care one credit counselors). I am not denying the amount owed. But what happens at the hearing and what happens I still do not have money to pay them even if on a payment plan. Thank you

You should consider a bankruptcy which will eliminate the debt if you are eligible.
