Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Debt Management Services VS. Creditors

I have been invovled with a Debt Management Service since 1996. All payments to them have been made electronically and on time. I recently received my credit report(s) and they are showing several (sporadic) late payments to various creditors since 1996. I have contacted my DMS and they claim that all payments have gone out at the same time each month. I contacted the creditors and they claim that the payments (not all) had in fact been received late. Who's at fault and why is my credit being ruined through all this finger pointing? What do I do now?

Ask the DMS for a hard-copy print-out of the payments it has made and the dates. Also find-our if the payments are made by check or electronically. Then ask the creditors for the print-out of the payments they have received and the dates. Then compare. Hopefully you will see where the problem lies.
