Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Kaplin University took my financial aid money but messed up on my paperwork. They billed me for a year of tuition and never enrolled me in the classes. I am looking at 20,000 plus they want me to pay but i never received the education.

And your question is? Neither I nor any other attorney could hope to competently address this without reviewing the documentation. The obvious question is if you were not enrolled, then why was this not brought to light sooner? What have you done to dispute this? You need to have this reviewed by an attorney. $20,000 is a great deal of money. It should not be left for resolution on a public bulletin board like this.
