Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

What are my options?

I purchased a car 6 mo. ago and I recieved a letter from the DMV saying my lien holder hasn't gotten the title and the only way for me to get it is by suing him and going through an Involuntary Transfer of Ownership by court order? Can I also sue him for the price of the car or get out of it and give it back? Please help. Thank You.

Re: What are my options?

it sounds like you may have legal recourse for unfair trade prctice or fraud or perhaps breach of contract. In any event you would have to commence a legal action. You should meet with an attorney to sort this all out and show the paper work and correspondence you received. if you would like to schedule an appointment with my office contact me.
