not paid

i won a district justice case and was not

paid, i went to the prothonotary and it's

been at least a half a year and still have

gotten nothing, what should i do now?

Re: not paid

You have to execute on the judgment. If you know where the defendant's bank account is that is usually the quickest and easiest way to get paid. You name the bank as garnishee and send it a copy of the Judgment along with a standard set of Interrogatories.
